Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears are a professional football team established in 1919 and were originally known as the Decatur Stanleys. The Bears received their name in 1922. They play their games at Soldier Field. They have won 9 NFL Championships and the Super Bowl in 1986. The Bears are also known as "the Monsters of the Midway.”

The Chicago Blackhawks is a professional hockey team in the National Hockey League, and is one of the original 6 NHL teams. The Blackhawks play at the United Center in Chicago and have won four Stanley Cups since their creation.

Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls are a professional basketball team in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The team was established in 1966 and plays its home games at the United Center. The Bulls are renowned for securing six championships within an eight-year span, achieving two separate three-peat victories from 1991 to 1993 and 1996 to 1998. They are widely recognized for their association with Michael Jordan, who is frequently regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time.

Chicago Cubs
The Cubs are a Major League Baseball team established in 1870 as the Chicago White Stockings and in 1902 they became the Cubs. They play at Wrigley Field, which was named after the popular brand of Wrigley Gum. The Cubs have an on-going rivalry with the Chicago White Sox and are known as the Chicago North side team because Wrigley Field is located on the North side of Chicago.

Chicago Fire
The Chicago Fire are a Major League Soccer team that play at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL. The Fire was named after the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. The team was founded in 1997. They have had great success and have won the MLS cup in 1998 and the U.S. Open Cup in 1998, 2000, and 2003.

Chicago White Sox
The Sox play at Rate Field in Chicago. It was originally named Comiskey Park. The Sox are rivals with the Chicago Cubs because they are known as the South side team, while the Cubs are known as the North side team.

Field Museum

Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio
In a leafy neighborhood with nearly 30 Frank Lloyd Wright-designed structures, the house at the corner of Forest and Chicago might not stand out at first. But the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio is an early expression of the ideas that ultimately became the Prairie School and the place where some of the most famous buildings in that style were designed.
Garfield Park Conservatory
Make sure you take a moment to walk around the tropical paradise of the Palm House, the conservatory's largest room, and take a peek inside the Fern Room, which attempts to recreate the vegetation in Illinois millions of years ago.
Lakefront Trail
The 18-mile-long path is the best way to soak up those lakefront views. Stretching from Hollywood Avenue on the north all the way to 71st Street to the south, the Lakefront Trail provides a path along the coast of Lake Michigan that connects tons of neighborhoods.
Lincoln Park Zoo
One of the last free and oldest zoos in the country, this 35-acre attraction connects visitors with animals from all over the world.
Maggie Daley Park
This park is a popular recreational area with winter ice skating, a climbing wall and playground equipment.
Millennium Park
This 25-acre park is one of the most popular gathering spots in the city. In the summer, the area is typically teeming with folks catching free concerts and movie screenings on the lawn. When it gets cold, you'll find skaters sliding across the ice at the McCormick Tribune Ice Rink.
Montrose Beach
The closer you get to the Loop, the more crowded Chicago's beaches can become. Which is why it sometimes pays to travel a little farther to lay out on the sand. The crowds at Montrose Beach in Uptown are usually a bit more manageable, and the amenities are comparable to the city's most popular stretches of sand.
Museum of Science and Industry
Interactivity is the name of the game at the Museum of Science and Industry, a Hyde Park institution that boasts a mirror maze, a simulated tornado and a WWII-era U-505 submarine on display.
Myopic Books
Myopic Books, situated in the Wicker Park neighborhood, is a well-known bookstore featuring three floors and over 60,000 books to browse. The store offers a vast collection of used books, including second-hand copies as well as vintage and antique editions.
Navy Pier
Tourists flock to this stretch of attractions, which juts out into the waters of Lake Michigan. Navy Pier is home to a 200-foot Ferris wheel, the city’s only real IMAX screen, Chicago Children's Museum, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and multiple dining options.
Oz Park
Oz Park has done wonders for its Lincoln Park neighborhood, providing a safe, clean space for both tourists and the resident community alike. In the park, the Wonderful Wizard of Oz is working his magic in the real world.
Shedd Aquarium
This Museum Campus staple is the home to thousands of aquatic creatures from all around the world, including adorable otters and a giant Pacific octopus.
Stony Island Arts Bank
Local artist and philanthropist Theaster Gates purchased this historic bank for $1 and turned it into an art gallery and media archive.
The Second City
