The Heritage Farm has a rich history that dates back nearly 150 years to the 1870s, when Clark County started operating a poor farm along the south side of Northeast 78th Street. It was once known as “poor farm road”, in Hazel Dell.

Baz River Front Park is a tranquil riverside space nestled at 1906 NE 3rd Loop. The Clark County Historical Museum is housed in a 1909 Carnegie library building. It is managed by the Clark County Historical Society, which was established in 1917. The museum opened its doors at the old Carnegie Library on May 24, 1964, with Joe Pagel as the first director.

Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge, covering approximately 1,049 acres, serves as the western gateway to the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Established in 1987 to offset habitat loss from Bonneville Dam, it features restored floodplain wetlands, riparian woodlands with cottonwoods and oak, and a network of accessible gravel trails including the Gibbons Creek Wildlife Art Trail and Mountain View Trail. Two Rivers Heritage Museum, located in Washougal at the confluence of the Columbia and Washougal Rivers, showcases the rich heritage of Camas and Washougal, with 6,000+ sq ft of artifacts from Native American culture to early pioneer classrooms, logging, agriculture, and local photo archives. Operated by the Camas‑Washougal Historical Society, it’s open March–October, Thu–Sat, and offers educational exhibits and research resources.

This 190-acre regional park stretches for 2.5 miles along the west shore of Vancouver Lake. With 35 developed acres, visitors can enjoy picnicking, windsurfing and sand volleyball.
