Rob Corcoran, who had a vision for improving the relocation industry, founded Influence in 2010. In 2015, he sold the firm’s real estate brokerage so his team could focus exclusively on relocation.

Rob founded his first real estate brokerage, Influence Real Estate, in 2010. He launched a relocation services division in 2011, sold the real estate branch to Better Homes and Gardens in 2015, and re-launched Influence Realty in 2016. Since founding Influence Relocation in Salt Lake City, Rob has expanded to 15 major metropolitan markets across the country. His team consists of certified, relocation specialists and an industry-leading concierge team.
Rob has extensive experience as a spokesperson for the real estate industry in a variety of settings. He has mentored people regarding how he successfully built his brokerage and relocation company through networking and has also emceed major events in his community. Rob has appeared on several episodes of HGTV’s House Hunters and was featured on KSL’s “Speaking on Business” radio segment.
Rob is as passionate about giving back as he is about growing his business. He established the North Pole Express in 2014, which provides all of the children from an underprivileged school in the Salt Lake Valley with an unforgettable excursion and a personalized gift during the holidays. His additional charity work included serving as Vice-chairman for Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation for Intermountain Healthcare.
Rob lives in Park City with his two sons, Canyon and Crue, who share his sense of adventure. They travel together extensively, but when they’re home, they love to explore the rugged landscape of Utah.
Dee has been in the real estate industry since 1994. She became a Licensed Broker in 2011. As a tenured member of the Relocation Directors Council and the Worldwide ERC®, Dee has earned multiple awards for her outstanding performance. In addition to her experience, she has earned CRP, GMS, GDS, and Government e-Certified designations. Dee is seen as a mentor who is constantly envisioning ways to improve and upgrade her service and profession. When it comes to selecting mentors for your employee relocation program, you will want leaders who are knowledgeable and experienced, but also open-minded and willing to listen. Dee provides a Team approach with the tools, guidance, support, and feedback to help others to thrive in a relocation career.
Brett has significant experience in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Information Systems, he worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting implementing software solutions for complex business requirements. Following his time as a consultant, he followed his dream of real estate and stock market investing. Whether it is in consulting, real estate or investing, he has always worked to provide solutions that are beneficial for everyone involved. He was born and raised in Arizona and currently lives there with his wife and 2 children.
Kimberly is very dedicated to serving others and giving back to her community. Her current community involvement includes serving as a board member of Sisters Network Dallas, Assistant Chair of Placements at Junior League of Dallas, and Founding Member of the HERitage Giving Fund. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas since 2008. While working as a Relocation Consultant, she fell in love with real estate (again) and found her niche. To continue her education and growth in the field, she earned her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) Designation in 2017. Helping and advising families at such a critical juncture in their lives gives Kimberly joy.
Nicole is a lifelong resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan and is excited to serve as the concierge and share what she knows about the area. Nicole’s family originated in Mexico making Spanish her first language. She is delighted to assist with translation needs as they arise. Nicole maintains a commitment to customer service and is delighted to share that commitment with transferees moving to Texas.
Alicia has been in the real estate industry since 2013 and is passionate about helping individuals successfully navigate the relocation process. She is committed to providing exceptional customer care. As a native of Minnesota, Alicia has grown to love the culture and beauty of the Twin Cities and is delighted to share that passion with those transferring to the area.
Cassandra had the opportunity to experience the relocation process personally while relocating from coast to coast during her employment as a sales manager with a publishing company. Most recently she has been involved in the travel industry and after fifteen years has extensive knowledge of destination locations in the US as well as internationally. Cassandra has resided in many areas throughout the country but is proud to call Illinois her home state. She has a vast knowledge of what Chicagoland has to offer and is excited to share her “hometown” with Illinois transferees.
Kate has earned multiple awards for sales, training and content creation since she started her career in 2002. She graduated from BYU’s executive MBA program with honors in 2008. Kate is happy to serve as the Settling-in Services Concierge for Atlanta, where she now lives.
