Founder and CEO

Rob Corcoran

Rob founded his first real estate brokerage, Influence Real Estate, in 2010. He launched a relocation services division in 2011, sold the real estate branch to Better Homes and Gardens in 2015. Since founding Influence Relocation in Salt Lake City, Rob has expanded to 21 major metropolitan markets across the country. His team consists of certified, relocation specialists and an industry-leading concierge team.

Rob has extensive experience as a spokesperson for the real estate industry in a variety of settings. He has mentored people regarding how he successfully built his brokerage and relocation company through networking and has also emceed major events in his community. Rob has appeared on several episodes of HGTV’s House Hunters and was featured on KSL’s “Speaking on Business” radio segment.

Rob is as passionate about giving back as he is about growing his business. He established the North Pole Express in 2014, which provides all of the children from an underprivileged school in the Salt Lake Valley with an unforgettable excursion and a personalized gift during the holidays. His additional charity work includes serving as chairman for the Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation board for Intermountain Health.

Rob lives in Park City with his two sons, Canyon and Crue, who share his sense of adventure. They travel together extensively, but when they’re home, they love to explore the rugged landscape of Utah.

Brett Hadlock

Brett has significant experience in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Information Systems, he worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting implementing software solutions for complex business requirements. Following his time as a consultant, he followed his dream of real estate and stock market investing.

Whether it is in consulting, real estate or investing, he has always worked to provide solutions that are beneficial for everyone involved. He was born and raised in Arizona and currently lives there with his wife and 2 children.

Director of Relocation

Molly Spalding

Molly has over 20 years of real estate and relocation experience. She is a member of Worldwide ERC and holds the designations of CRP and GMS. She brings to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty a passion and a teamwork mentality. Molly started her career as an elementary school teacher and transitioned into the real estate industry where she was a loan officer and licensed realtor. Those skills have set the stage for what she does today.

She partners with Relocation Management companies and Relocation Directors nationally on an on-going basis, collaborates with agents and internal colleagues on training topics. She has hosted round table discussions at WERC, RDC and RAC Conferences. Her skills include, but are not limited to real estate, inventory specialist and manager of supplier partnerships. Her consultative approach to solving issues has always been impressive. Molly’s focus is on the details and developing processes that support and enhance Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s initiatives. She utilizes internal and external relationships to ensure that the end-result is a win-win for all.

Mandy Pimentel

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Mandy is fully dedicated to assisting clients with their relocation needs. She possesses a deep understanding of the importance of seamless transitions and makes it her primary objective to offer dedicated and effective support.

Mandy is genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to help clients in this endeavor. She attended school in Southern Utah and currently resides there with her family. Mandy has a profound appreciation for the beauty of the desert landscape, finding inspiration in its ever-changing scenery.

Nicole Reed

Nicole was born in New York, raised in Colorado, and has lived in Minnesota since 2010. In the early 2000’s and shortly after receiving her CO real estate license. She was exposed to the world of short sales, bank foreclosures and REO auctions and learned how to help clients work through their individual circumstances.

Nicole entered the new construction world when she began working with Twin Cities builders and developers and spent the next few years learning the operations and project management side of real estate. She has worked with and represented both national and local builders and has learned the importance of proper communication and quality customer service.

Elizabeth Walgrave

As a graduate of the Carlson School of Management from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science and Marketing Degree, she offers a passion for working within the marketing and sales arena. Elizabeth also earned her Real Estate License from Kaplan immediately upon graduation from Carlson.

While also working as a Realtor, her first corporate career began in corporate software and technology Sales with attorneys, judges, law enforcement and compliance departments. Her extensive sales experience, passion, and excitement for technology contributed to her thriving career in this field.

Our History

Rob Corcoran, who had a vision for improving the relocation industry, founded Influence in 2010. In 2015, he sold the firm’s real estate brokerage so his team could focus exclusively on relocation.

We specialize in providing an unprecedented level of service to our clients and we partner with exceptional third-party relocation companies to enhance the relocation experience for corporate clients and their transferees.
